Tuna Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients

Canned tuna 6 1/2 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Chopped cucumber 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (1/2 Medium Size)
Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped fresh dill weed/1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 2 Teaspoon
English muffins 3 , split and toasted
Cheddar cheese slices/Colby monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce (6 Slices)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except muffins and cheese. Spread tuna mixture over cut side of each muffin half. Arrange on microwave rack or 10-inch plate.

2. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is hot. Top with cheese. Microwave uncovered 30 to 60 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
