Easy Tofu Scramble Sandwich Quick Vegan

This quick and easy Tofu scramble recipe makes for a fulfilling lunch. Its tasty and vegan.

Ingredients

Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic cloves 3
Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Stewing tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Tofu 350 Gram
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Seasoning pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Oil 3 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Heat oil in the pan.

2. Add onions and garlic. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well and fry for 2 mins.

3. Add mushrooms and red peppers. Add Tofu. Mix it well.

4. Add Cumin and tomatoes. Let everything cook for 4-5 mins. Finish off with seasoning pepper.

5. Pour on a bun. Top up with pickled onions and avocados.

SERVING

6. Serve hot.
