How to make vegan bbq sandwich Pulled Pork - Vegan Recipe Back to school

Quick, easy and tasty Vegan pulled pork sandwich is made out of Jackfruit and is perfect for busy school days. It is approved by meat lovers and can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Jackfruit 565 Gram (1 can used)
Chopped onion 1 Small
Garlic cloves 4
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Sauce 4 Tablespoon (general tao sauce used)
Salt To Taste
Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Cilantro 1 Tablespoon (for garnish)
Pickled onion To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. If using canned Jackfruit, discard the brine. Wash and chop the jackfruit.

2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry onions/garlic with spices. Add Jackfruit. Mix well. Let cook for few mins.

3. Add sauce. Combine thoroughly and cover to cook until tender that it falls apart with fork.

SERVING

4. Fill in a sandwich with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
