It's giant breakfast time! I just love using my Island Grillstone and when you need to go big on breakfast, you need to fire up the grill and pile it on! The Island Grillstone is the perfect accessory to make giant breakfast on.

Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Onion | 1 Small , diced | |
Frozen hashbrown | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Egg | 3 Large | |
Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
Country sausage | 1 Pound , divided | |
Green onions | 3 , sliced | |
Pancake batter | 3 Cup (48 tbs) , divided (enough to make 3 large) | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Fresh ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY:
Preheat grill with island grillstone.
Whisk together 1 egg and water to make egg binder.
MAKING:
Pour oil over grillstone into 3 batches as shown in the video.
Add chopped onions, hashbrowns, salt, pepper, egg binder and cook the patties on both sides.
Place country sausage patties, top with green onions and cook on both sides.
Make pancakes and sunny side eggs.
Assemble as shown in the video.
