Avocado Cream Cheese Sandwiches are a quick and easy addition to school lunch that is also packed with nutrition.


Ripe avocado 1 , cut in half and sliced
Cream cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sourdough bread slices 4 , crust sliced
Salt To Taste



Spread the cream cheese on each slice of bread.

Place the sliced avocado on half the bread slices and season with salt. Top with the remaining bread.



Serve with some fresh fruit juice.
