Fancy Fish Finger Sandwich

Everybody loves a classic fish finger sandwich right? Well Barry Lewis shows you how to make this classic with great taste and the ability to impress your friends and family..Enjoy!

Ingredients

Ketchup 4 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
Mint 1 Tablespoon
Capers 1 Tablespoon
Lemon 1/2 , zested and juiced
Fish fingers 8
Finger baps 2 (crusty)
Rocket salad 120 Gram (1 bag)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven.

 

MAKING:

Bake fish fingers according to package instructions.

Slice bread rolls and bake for 3-4 minutes.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, capers, mint, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well.

Spread mayonnaise over toasted bread rolls. Top with ketchup and rocket leaves.

Place 4 fish fingers and top with another layer of mayonnaise and ketchup.

Top with another slice of bread.
