|Butter||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Spreading)|
|For cheese and spring onion stuffing|
|Cheese spread||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Spring onion whites||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spring onion green||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry red chili flakes||1 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Coloured capsicum cubes||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped (red, yellow and green)|
|Grated garlic||1 Teaspoon (lehsun)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste (kalimirch)|
For the Stuffing
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
How to proceed
Divide the stuffing into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
Apply a dash of butter on each bread slice and keep aside.
Place the bread slice on a clean dry surface with the buttered side facing upwards.
Spread a portion of the cheese and spring onion stuffing evenly over it and sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered side facing downwards.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 5 more sandwiches.
Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
