Carrots | 2 , grated | |
Beetroot | 1 , grated | |
Apple | 1 , grated | |
Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Mayonnaise | 5 Tablespoon | |
Walnuts | 2 Tablespoon | |
Pomegranate seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt & pepper | To Taste | |
Baguette | 4 , sliced |
MAKING
1. Take grated carrots, beets and apples in a bowl.
2. Add walnuts and pomegranate seeds to the bowl.
3. Squeeze lemon juice and add some mayonnaise. Mix everything well.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Set the coleslaw aside.
5. Heat some oil on a pan. Put the sausages on hot pan and brown them up. Slice the sausage and keep it aside.
6. Take sandwich buns and put slaw inside. Arrange sausages over the slaw.
SERVING
7. Serve the sandwiches as it is and enjoy.
