Coffee Canonball Steak-Sandwich - English Grill and BBQ Recipe

Coffee flavoured delicious sandwich.


Beef roast 2 Pound , sliced very thin (Irish type)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Seasoning 2 Tablespoon (Canonball / Midnight Espresso Coffee Rub)
Yellow onion 1 , sliced
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Chili pepper 2 , finely chopped
Grated cheese 1/2 Pound (Your Favorite)
Lettuce leaves 4
Tomato slices 5



1. Prepare the grill for cooking.



2. Drizzle olive oil over the finely sliced beef steak. Season with the seasoning and set it aside.

3. Heat a cast iron pan on the grill. Pour oil and saute onion slices in it. Add beef and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes.

4. Drop in some chili peppers for more heat and mix it through. Cook everything together.

5. Add cheese, remove the pan from heat and let the cheese melt.

6. Slice a cibatta roll and place lettuce inside followed by tomato slices. Put the remaining beef with the cheese over the tomatoes and close the roll.



7. Slice and serve.
