Betty demonstrates how to make Oven-Baked Corned Beef Sandwiches. These sandwiches are quick and easy to make and are very inexpensive.
Canned corned beef | 12 Ounce , fat discarded, shredded | |
Finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Finely chopped ripe olives | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Hamburger bun | 8 |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, add corned beef, Cheddar cheese, olives, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and divide mixture into 8 equal portions.
3. Spread each portion on bottom half of each hamburger bun. Cover with top half.
4. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and place in baking pan or dish. Bake for about 18 minutes.
SERVING
5. Serve hot and enjoy with carrot salad!
