Rush Hour Recipes - Salmon

Salmon can seem intimidating but this magnificent salmon dish is gourmet-on-the-go and takes minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

Reduced fat cream cheese
Low fat feta cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crumbled
Chopped spinach 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (baby)
Salmon fillets 4 (6
Chopped red onion 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Non stick cooking spray 1

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line baking dish with aluminium foil and grease with cooking spray.

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, feta and mix well until blended.

Add onion, spinach and mix well.

Split salmon and stuff filling into it as shown in the video.

Place on baking dish and pop into oven.

Bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
