This recipe is Sooo easy and perfect to bring to a cookout and it will impress everyoneim sure of it :)
Tri colour rotini | 1 Pound , cooked, drained | |
Red onion | 1/2 , chopped | |
Garlic cloves | 4 , minced | |
Artichoke hearts | 7 Ounce , chopped | |
Heart of palm | 7 Ounce , cut in half | |
Black olives | 7 Ounce , roughly chopped | |
Cherry tomatoes | 1 Pint , cut in half | |
Scallions | 2 Medium , chopped | |
Italian dressing | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Grated parmesan | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to packet directions.
2. Drain and set aside to cool.
3. In a bowl, put together pasta, onion, garlic, artichokes, hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, olives and scallions.
4. Drizzle dressing over the pasta mixture and sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese.
FINALIZING
5. Toss all the ingredients together until well mixed.
6. Taste and season the salad with salt and pepper if needed.
SERVING
7. Serve cold as desired.
