Pasta Salad

This recipe is Sooo easy and perfect to bring to a cookout and it will impress everyoneim sure of it :)


Tri colour rotini 1 Pound , cooked, drained
Red onion 1/2 , chopped
Garlic cloves 4 , minced
Artichoke hearts 7 Ounce , chopped
Heart of palm 7 Ounce , cut in half
Black olives 7 Ounce , roughly chopped
Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint , cut in half
Scallions 2 Medium , chopped
Italian dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Grated parmesan 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. In a pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to packet directions.

2. Drain and set aside to cool.

3. In a bowl, put together pasta, onion, garlic, artichokes, hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, olives and scallions.

4. Drizzle dressing over the pasta mixture and sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese.


5. Toss all the ingredients together until well mixed.

6. Taste and season the salad with salt and pepper if needed.


7. Serve cold as desired.
