Carrots 2 Pound , thinly sliced
Canned tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Dry mustard 1/4 Teaspoon
Green bell pepper To Taste , thinly sliced
Onions 3 Small , thinly sliced


Steam the carrots until tender-crisp; drain.

Combine the tomato soup, sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and mustard in a large bowl and mix well.

Stir in the carrots, bell pepper and onions.

Chill, covered, for at least 24 hours.
