Creamy Green Salad by Tarla Dalal

Tingle your taste buds with these green veggies and grapes tossed in a creamy sweet and sour low-fat creamy dressing. Perfect salad recipe for people suffering from high blood pressure!


Cubed cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cubed bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (capsicum)
Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For creamy dressing
Low fat curd 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (dahi)
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Mustard powder 1 Teaspoon (1/2
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon



For Dressing:

1. In a small bowl, combine curd, honey, pepper, mustard powder, and salt. Mix well.

For Salad:

2. In a bowl, mix cucumber cubes, bell pepper (capsicum), and grapes.

3. Pour the dressing and toss to combine. Pop the bowl in refrigerator for at least an hour.


4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
