Couscous with Coriander, Pomegranate, Mint and Dried Fig Salad

This is a crunchy mixed salad with grain, vegetables and nuts. It is crunchy and very simple to make.

Ingredients

Cooked couscous 1 Kilogram
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely (handfull)
Lemon 1 Medium , juiced, zested
Pomegranate seeds 150 Gram
Mint leaves 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely (handfull)
Dried figs 150 Gram , chopped
Toasted almond halves 100 Gram

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, put all the ingredients and mix well till combined.

SERVING

2. In a serving plate, serve the salad with any crusty bread.
