How To Make Egg Salad For Sandwiches And Lettuce Wraps - Easy, Delicious

Eggs 6
Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Celery 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , finely chopped
Yellow onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Mustard sauce 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt and pepper To Taste



1. In a large pot, place the egg and fill some water.

2. Place the eggs over the stove and bring to a boil. After that turn off the stove and cover the pot for 17 minutes.

3. After 17 minutes drain the egg and rinse 3 times. Again fill some water in the pot and add in the ice cubes. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

4. Remove the shell of the eggs and rinse in water. Chop the eggs according to your desired size.

5. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.


6. Top the bread slices with egg salad or you can serve it over the lettuce wrap.
