Simple Bread & Salami Salad (Indian Upma Inspired)

If you are alone and looking to whip up a simple yet tasty breakfast, this is a must try. With ingredients right out of your pantry and with great scope of adding frills, if you please, this salad will keep you full and going for the rest of the day. Feel free to experiment a few suggestions provided below.

Ingredients

Butter 1 Tablespoon
Bread slices 1 1/2 , cubed
Chicken salami 30 Gram , chopped
Tomato 1 Small , chopped
Ground black pepper 1 Pinch
Salt To Taste
Orange juice with pulp 2 Tablespoon
Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Heat up butter in a pan. Put the cubed bread and chopped salami, and toast until bread turns slightly crispy.

2. Throw in the chopped tomatoes. Season with pepper and salt. Squeeze orange juice with pulp, about 2 tablespoon. Toss and remove from heat.
