Betty's Watermelon and Feta Cheese with Spring Greens

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Watermelon and Feta Cheese with Spring Greens. This is a terrific summer salad to go with the Apple-Onion Yogurt Dressing made in the previous video. The amounts in the recipe are to your taste.


Assorted greens 4 Cup (64 tbs) , washed and patted dry (as needed)
Seedless watermelon 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cut into ¾
Granny smith apple 1 , cut into ½
Feta cheese crumbles 6 Ounce (as needed)
Toasted slivered almonds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dressing To Taste



1. In a large bowl, place spring greens, watermelon cubes, Granny Smith apple, Feta cheese crumbles, and slivered almonds. Toss gently with salad fork and spoon.


2. Serve to individual salad plates and top with Apple-Onion Yogurt Dressing (or other desired dressing).


3. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. If refrigerated, water may collect at the bottom of the salad. Pour off water before serving.
