Watermelon and Feta Salad

A delightful summer salad of watermelon and feta cheese.


Arugula leaves 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Seedless watermelon 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cubed
Red onion 1/4 Medium , thinly sliced
Fresh basil 2 Tablespoon , chop
Crumbled feta cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For the dressing
Balsamic vinegar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Extra virgin olive oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste



1. In a salad bowl combine arugula, watermelon, onions, fresh basil and crumbled feta cheese.

2. In a bowl combine balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and extra virgin olive oil, stir until well combined.

3. Pour the dressing on top of the salad and give it a good toss.


4. Serve as an appetizer or along side of your meal.
