Web chef, Kimberly Edwards, from shares with you How to Make Skewered Fruit Salad with an amazing Side Skewer Center Piece Display Tray to show it all off!

Tip: Use all sorts of colorful tasty fruits to populate these awesome side skewers!

Ingredients

Chopped watermelon 2 Cup (32 tbs) (as needed)
Grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , washed, stem removed
Pear 1
Mango 2
Kiwi fruit 3 , peeled, chopped
Juice of lemon/Lime juiced 1/2

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Peel and chop kiwi, mango, and pear into bite size chunks as shown in the video.

MAKING

2. Place chopped fruits in a bowl and squeeze lime/lemon juice on top. Toss to coat well and prevent them from browning.

3. Add grapes and watermelon pieces.

4. Thread fruit pieces in skewer and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Repeat as may skewers desired. You may also cover and place the bowl in refrigerator and thread when ready to serve.

SERVING

5. Serve and enjoy!

TIPS

You may also soak fruits in wine or champagne or any alcohol.

Sprinkle sugar or drizzle honey if needed for sweetness.
