Boiled sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Gram sprout and Green Gram Sprout) | |
Coriander leaves | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped | |
Tomatoes | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped | |
Cucumber | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped | |
Onion | 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
For dressing | ||
Green chili | 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped | |
Lemon | 1 , juiced | |
Black salt | To Taste |
MAKING
1. For Dressing – In a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Add in the sprouts, coriander, tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Toss well all the ingredients.
SERVING
3. Garnish the salad with some coriander leaves and serve.
