Low Fat - Low Calorie Sprout Salad

Try this interesting combination for homemade salad which is not just quick to make but also enriched with loads of nutrients. Enjoy and share this recipe with your loved ones.

Ingredients

Boiled sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Gram sprout and Green Gram Sprout)
Coriander leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Tomatoes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Cucumber 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Onion 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
For dressing
Green chili 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Lemon 1 , juiced
Black salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1. For Dressing – In a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix well.

2. Add in the sprouts, coriander, tomatoes, cucumber and onion. Toss well all the ingredients.

SERVING

3. Garnish the salad with some coriander leaves and serve.
