Grape Salad

A sweet and creamy salad that has a really nice blend of flavors. It's great for picnics or potlucks. Amount of brown sugar can be adjusted to taste.


Seedless grapes 4 Pound , stems removed and washed (red or green or black or combination)
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Sour cream 8 Ounce
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
For pecan mixture
Pecan 1 Cup (16 tbs) , finely chopped
Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. In a mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla.

2. Stir in the grapes using your hands. Transfer the mixture into a large serving bowl and set aside.

3. In another bowl, mix together pecans and light brown sugar.

4. Sprinkle the pecan mixture on top of the grapes.


5. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
