Healthy Luscious Overnight Salad

This healthy luscious salad is loaded with the goodness of fruits and is a great value addition to any meal. In fact it makes for a delightful treat just by itself.


Egg white 3 Medium
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Fresh pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
Fresh pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh orange 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Fat free whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For topping
Pomegranate 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Chop fruits and set aside.

2. Beat the egg whites well, till light and fluffy.


3. Cook the egg whites in butter with vinegar, salt and pineapple juice, stirring constantly until thick. Set aside to cool.

4. Fold in the whipped cream gently, followed by honey and chopped fruits and 3/4th cup pomegranate.

5. Refrigerate overnight.


6. Serve chilled garnished with remaining pomegranate seeds.
