Fried Noodles and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

Carrots 4 Medium , cut into thin strips
Cabbage 1/2 Medium , finely shredded
Onion 1 Small , thinly sliced
Green chili 1 Small , chop
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon , chop
Capsicum 1/2 Medium , finely sliced
Vinegar 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Fried noodles 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Chop the carrots, cabbage, onion, green chili, capsicum and coriander leaves.

MAKING

2. In a big bowl, add the carrots, cabbage, onion, green chili, capsicum and coriander leaves.

3. Next, add in the vinegar, sugar and salt and toss well together.

SERVING

4. Add the fried noodles to the portion served and serve to your guests as an appetizer.
