CaesarStyle Potato Salad

Ingredients

For salad
Potatoes 5 Pound , boiled
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Bacon slices 8 Large , cooked and crumbled
Eggs 2 Medium , boiled, shelled and chopped
Fresh parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
For dressing
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , grated
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes.

2. In a bowl, place together potato, onion, bacon, eggs, and parsley; toss gently.

3. In another bowl, whisk together pepper, lemon juice, cheese, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and oil, until well combined.

4. Stream the dressing over potato mixture and toss well to coat.

SERVING

5. Serve over bed of lettuce if desired.
