Red cabbage 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , shredded
Apple 3/4 , julienned
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon (or any other vinegar of your choice)
Green onion stalks 1 , chopped
Parsley 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped



1. In a small bowl take olive oil and apple cider vinegar, whisk well and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl take all the ingredients and pour in the dressing. Toss well.


3. Serve Apple Cabbage Salad with roasted veggies or fish kababs.
