Marinated Buffalo Mozzarella Salad is an easy appetizer to make. Baby buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, kalamata olives and more make up this tasty appetizer that is perfect when you have guests over.
Mozzarella cheese balls | 1 Pound | |
Kalamata olives | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , chopped | |
Grape tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , halved | |
Red onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped (green or red onion could also be used) | |
Roasted garlic | 6 Clove (30 gm) | |
Balsamic vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl add bite sized chopped mozzarella cheese.
2. Add remaining ingredients in no particular order.
3. Taste for seasoning, you may want to add additional balsamic vinegar.
4. Store in a covered container in your refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
SERVING
5. Serve as an appetizer.
TIPS
This recipe is very flexible, if you like more garlic, add it. You can add chopped red onion, and green onion.
