Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Pretzel 2 Cup (32 tbs) , crushed
Butter 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Granulated sugar 19 Tablespoon , divided (1 cup+ 3 tablespoons)
Cream cheese 8 Ounce , softened
Whipped topping 8 Ounce , thawed
Strawberry flavored gelatin 6 Ounce
Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Frozen raspberries 20 Ounce (you can use strawberries also)
For garnish
Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.


2. Take a mixing bowl, add crushed pretzels, butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well.

3. In a 9X13 inch baking dish, drop mixture, press and spread it evenly at the bottom.

4. Pop it in the oven, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool.

5. In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, and a cup of sugar. Mix until creamy.

6. Drop whipped topping, and fold to spread evenly.

7. Pour mixture into the baking dish, and spread it evenly on top of the crust.

8. Take some boiling water, and dissolve gelatin in it.

9. Add frozen raspberries, and allow the gelatin to set.

10. When the gelatin starts to become thick, pour it evenly on the cream cheese mixture in the baking dish.

11. Throw blueberries on top, and gently press them into gelatin.

12. Pop it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until set.


13. Cut strawberry pretzel salad, and serve immediately.
