Tossed Spinach from Foodland Ontario

Emily Richards and Foodland Ontario bring you this simple recipe for a great Tossed Spinach side dish or salad, that you can enjoy with any number of main dishes.

Ingredients

Baby spinach 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar/White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Sea salt/Kosher salt 1/4 Teaspoon (to taste)
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix it well.

2. In a large dish put spinach, and pour mixture on top. Toss.

SERVING

3. Serve tossed spinach with grilled steak.
