Cucumber Tomato Salad

A great summer salad that comes together quickly.


Cucumbers 3 Cup (48 tbs) , sliced (For salad)
Grape tomatoes 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , halved (For salad)
Onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped (For salad)
Fresh basil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped (For salad)
Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For the dressing)
Apple cider vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For the dressing)
Red wine vinegar 1/2 Tablespoon (For the dressing)
Dill weed 1 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon (For the dressing)



1. In a small bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, dill weed, sugar, salt and pepper.

2. Whisk well to make the dressing.


3. In a large bowl, add cucumber, grape tomatoes, onion and basil. Incorporate together all the ingredients.

4. Drizzle salad dressing over the cucumber mixture.

5. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.


6. Serve salad in a serving dish.
