Mango Curry Chicken Salad

The addition of curry seasoning and mango give this chicken salad a rich, robust flavor. See how easy it is to make in this "How We Do It" Food Channel video.


Cooked chicken breast 2 Cup (32 tbs) , diced
Mango and curry sauce 3 Tablespoon
Green onions 4 Medium , sliced
Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped
Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Salt 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Pepper 1 Teaspoon , freshly ground (or to taste)
Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1.In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, green onions, apples and celery.

2.In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango & curry Sauce, curry, salt and pepper, mix well.

3.Combine mayonnaise dressing with chicken mixture thoroughly and chill.

4.Adjust the seasoning if required.


5.Serve in a bed of lettuce sprinkled with some nuts on top.
