Blue Cheese Tossed Salad

Ingredients

Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/8 Teaspoon
Sliced cauliflower 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Onion 1 Small , sliced and separated into rings
Pimiento stuffed olives 2 Tablespoon , sliced
Torn lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Blue cheese 1 Ounce , crumbled

Directions

MAKING

1) In a bowl, add oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and paprika and mix well.

2) In another mixing bowl, add cauliflower, onion, and olives.

3) Add in the vinegar mix and mix well.

4) Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

SERVING

5) When ready to serve, add in the lettuce and cheese.

6) Lightly toss.
