Crunchy Marinated Bean Salad

Ingredients

Celery stalks 4 , sliced
Canned small english peas 17 Ounce , drained (1 can)
Canned cut green beans 16 Ounce , drained (1 can)
Canned baby lima beans 8 1/2 Ounce , drained (1 can)
Diced pimiento 4 Ounce , drained (1 jar)
Green pepper 1 Medium , chopped
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1) In a bowl, add in the first 7 ingredients and keep aside.

2) In a jar, add in the remaining ingredients.

3) Cover tightly and vigorously shake.

4) Add in the vegetable mixture, place a lid over and refrigerate overnight.

SERVING

5) Garnish with crushed pepper and serve.
