Fruitful Turkey Salad

Ingredients

Chopped cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce , well drained (1 can)
Banana 1 Small , sliced
Seedless green grapes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced almonds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , toasted
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Commercial sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Curry powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Lettuce leaves 4
Paprika To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1) In a bowl, add in the first 6 ingredients and gently toss.

2) Add in the mayonnaise, sour cream, and curry powder and add to the turkey mix. Gently toss.

3) Refrigerate till serving time.

SERVING

4) Arrange on lettuce leaves and dust on with paprika.

5) Serve with cantaloupe slices.
