Salmon Rice Salad

Ingredients

Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Canned salmon 15 1/2 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Frozen english peas 10 Ounce , thawed (1 Package)
Carrots 2 , diced
Green onions 2 , chopped
Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Italian salad dressing 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Green pepper rings 5
Lettuce leaves 4

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl combine first 7 ingredients and refrigerate with cover overnight.

FINALIZING

2. Garnish with green pepper rings.

SERVING

3. Serve on lettuce leaves, and garnish with tomato quarters, if desired.
