Hearty Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

Uncooked elbow macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cooked ham 3/4 Pound , cut into 1
Diced sharp cheddar cheese 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped sweet pickle 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Commercial sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
Celery leaves 4

Directions

MAKING

1 As per the package directions, cook the macaroni.

2 Drain well.

3 Thoroughly rinse with cold water.

4 Drain well.

5 In a bowl, mix macaroni with the next 7 ingredients.

6 Toss gently.

7 Cover and place in the refrigerator.

SERVING

8 Serve chilled, garnished with celery leaves (optional)
