Olive and Orange Salad

Navel orange 2
Black olives 12 , pitted
Sweet red onion slice/Yellow onion 2
Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
Garlic 1
Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon



1) Peel off the skin from the oranges

2) Onto a plate arrange the orange peels with the black olives on top

3) Using a knife, slice the onion into rings and separate them

4) Place the onion rings onto the platter

5) Briskly whisk together the oil, lemon and a minced garlic and pour the dressing

6) Add in the chopped parsley

7) Add the salt and pepper to taste


8) Just when ready to serve, drizzle in the dressing to coat and serve
