Ingredients

Potatoes 7 Medium
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Hard boiled eggs 2 , sliced
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
Sunflower seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1.Cook the potatoes with their skins and cut them in diced bite sized pieces after paring.

2.Mix the cut potatoes with onions, eggs, mayonnaise and salt.

3.Add a sprinkling of sunflower seeds and refrigerate.

SERVING

4.Serve chilled.
