Watercress Orange Salad

For salad
Oranges 3 Large
Watercress 1 Cup (16 tbs) , coarsely chopped
Red onion slices 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For strawberries
Strawberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Dry mustard 1/2 Teaspoon



1) Take a sharp knife and peel the oranges, removing all white membranes. Section the fruit.

2) Take a small bowl and combine together the orange sections, onion slices and watercress. Toss gently.

3) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and combine all the dressing ingredients in it. Blend until a smooth mixture is formed.


4) Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately.
