Celery Avocado Green Salad

Celery stalks 5 Large , cut in slanting slices
Regular strength chicken broth 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter lettuce head 1
Watercress/1/2 bunch chicory head 1/2 Bunch (50 gm)
Avocado 1 , peeled and cut into chunks
Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Pimiento strips 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)



1. In a saucepan add chicken broth and celery and cool for 4 minutes. Drain.

2. Pour Victor Dressing over warm celery.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

4. Line a shallow bowl with lettuce and watercress.

5. With a slotted spoon lift celery out of dressing and arrange with avocado on top of greens


6. Garnish with parsley and pimiento.

7. Drizzle remaining dressing over it.

8. Mix and serve immediately.
