Orange and Onion Salad

Ingredients

Seedless oranges 3 Medium
Bermuda onion 1 Small
Lettuce leaves 3 Large
Dry red wine/White wine 4 1/2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Tarragon 2 1/4 Teaspoon
Onion 1 1/2 Tablespoon , chopped
Garlic 1 Small

Directions

MAKING

1) Peel off the skin from the oranges and using a knife, slice them diagonally

2) Cut the Bermuda onion into rings and separate them

3) Roughly break the lettuce leaves and arrange onto a plate

4) Mount the leaves with the oranges and onion rings

5) Mix together the wine, oil and the vinegar

6) Sprinkle in the chopped onions

7) Add the salt and pepper to taste

SERVING

8) Serve the salad onto 6 quarter plates
