Tex Mex Rice Salad

Ingredients

Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Instant rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (UNCLE BEN'S Brand)
Chunky style salsa 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Reduced fat mexican cheese blend 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (1 1/2 cups)
Canned red beans 15 Ounce , rinsed and drained (1 can)
Chopped fresh cilantro 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1 In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.

2 Add in the rice.

3 Cover and remove from the heat.

4 Allow to stand for 5 minutes.

5 Rinse the cooked rice under cold running water to cool.

6 Drain well.

7 In a bowl, combine rice and the remaining ingredients until well blended.

SERVING

8 Serve immediately.
