Honey Fruit Salad Dressing

Ingredients

Strained honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Flour 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 1/4 Teaspoon
Vinegar/Lemon juice 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) Heat the honey in double boiler.

2) In a bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard, celery seed and paprika with vinegar and mix until smooth.

3) Stir it into honey and cook until done. Cool it.

4) Add oil and beat until well blended.

5) Refrigerate it until used.

SERVING

6) Use honey fruit salad dressing on fruit salad and with some green salads as well.
