Herring Potato Salad

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) , diced
Pickled herring fillets 1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced
Celery leaves 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , chopped
Parsley 1 Tablespoon , minced
Chives 1 Tablespoon , minced
Sour cream 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Lettuce leaves 3 (to serve)

Directions

MAKING

1. Combine pottoes,celery, parsley, chives, sour cream, lemon, paprika and pickle herring filets and toss gently

2. Arrange lettuce leaves on chilled salad plates

SERVING

3. Spoon salad onto lettuce
