Lomi Lomi Salmon Salad

Salted salmon 1/2 Pound
Tomatoes 5 , diced
Green onions 10 , thinly sliced
Onion 1 Medium , finely chopped
Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Soak salmon in water to cover overnight then drain it and remove skin and bones using fingers, shred the flesh


2. Combine or mix salmon, tomatoes and onions and gently mix together and chill thoroughly


3. Add ice just before serving

4. Serve chilled in individual bowls or in a buffet bowl
