Endive and Roquefort Salad

White bread slice 4
Oil 4 Tablespoon (For Deep Frying)
Curly endive/Frise 1
Radicchio heads 2
Roquefort 4 Ounce , crumbled (125 Gram)
French dressing 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
For the garlic mayonnaise:
Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Garlic clove 1 Small , crushed
Chopped basil 1 Teaspoon



1) In a bowl, combine all ingredients to prepare the garlic mayonnaise.

2) Use a heart shape cutter to cut the bread.

3) In a pan, heat oil and add the bread. Fry till golden brown, then drain on a paper towel.

4) Tear the endive into pieces and separate the radicchio into leaves.

5) Add in a bowl and stir in the cheese and dressing.

6) Spoon onto a serving plate.


7) Spread mayonnaise over the croutons and arrange around the edge of the salad.
