Hominy Salad

Ingredients

Golden hominy 15 1/2 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Sliced green onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Water 3 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Torn iceberg lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced pimento 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sliced ripe olives 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1) In a large bowl, add first 7 ingredients to combine by stirring.

2) Cover with a lid and place inside the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.

3) Just before serving, place lettuce, celery, pimiento, and olives into the bowl.

4) Gently toss the salad.

SERVING

5) Serve the salad by seasoning with extra freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
