Ingredients

Cooked potatoes 1 Pound , cold (New Ones If Possible, Waxy Old Potatoes)
Chopped chives/Finely chopped raw onion 1 Tablespoon
Salad cream/Mayonnaise / thick salad dressing 1/4 Pint
Chopped mixed herbs 1 Tablespoon (Parsley, Chervil, Savory Or Other Green Herbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Dice vegetables.

2. Chop chives or onions.

MAKING

3. In a bowl add vegetables, chives and mix with dressing.

4. Pile into a dish.
