Ingredients

Avocados 3 , halved and peeled
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Pineapple chunks 1 Pound , drained (1 Can)
Shredded salad greens 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Aloha dressing 12 Tablespoon
Flaked coconut 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , toasted

Directions

Brush cut surfaces of avocados with lemon juice.

Fill center of each half with pineapple chunks and put on greens on individual salad plates.

Top each with 2 tablespoons dressing and sprinkle with coconut.

Makes 6 servings.
