A great way to beat out Summer heat is by making crunchy and colorful salads with vegetables. Here is a recipe to make Summer Bean Salad with different kinds of beans as the key ingredients along with other vegetables as well as seasonings. Cool way to beat the heat!

Ingredients

Black bean 1 Can (10 oz) , drain and rinse
Chickpeas 1 Can (10 oz) , drain and rinse
Roma tomatoes 3 , chopped
Cucumber 1 , chopped
Orange pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
Red onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Avocados 2 , chopped
Limes 2 , juiced
Cilantro 2 Tablespoon , chopped
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
